Chef Jane Parker from Calling All Cooks will demonstrate cooking with tea, featuring:

  • Tea Poached Chicken Breast with Tea Rice Pilaf and
  • Marbelized Chinese Tea Eggs

Class will include Emma's Cream Tea and Sampling of demonstration foods
