Friday, December 14 features Serket, who will facilitate a one-hour sound meditation with Crystal-Singing Bowls. (See below for more information about Serket.)

Blankets, bolsters, yoga mats, and chairs are provided. Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything additional that aids in your comfort and allows you to totally relax.

About Serket:

My name is Serket AmunRe, Instructor for the Royal Queens Wellness Center and I'm so excited to tell you all about myself and my journey to connecting to my life path. Since 2014 I've had a love for teaching others alternative healing and relaxation practices, Crystal healing benefits, sound meditations, group meditations, private Reiki sessions and certifications, Chakra balancing, Aromatherapy/Essential oil benefits, and their uses by way of comprehensive workshops.

At present I have been traveling to various locations to teach workshops to all who are interested. I have been in professional practice here in Baltimore for four years. I was lead to become a certified crystal healing Practitioner, Reiki Master and Instructor, as well as certified sound meditation practitioner, and Ancient Egyptian meditation practices using mantras.

Ever since I have been a one woman traveling workshop Instructor, sharing these various practices my greatest joy is witnessing RQWC's workshop participants in amazement as they learn all the comprehensive information shared , coupled with their sheer excitement to apply what they learned to enhance their quality of life. My motto is: "You Deserve to Live a Royal Life."
